SAVE ENERGY Conference in Helsinki 16-17 June 2011
Welcome to SAVE ENERGY Conference on June 16-17 in Helsinki City Hall’s Banquet Hall. The Conference is the final event of SAVE ENERGY project (CIP-ICT-PSP-238882 PROJECT). It will bring together an international audience of EU and municipality level policymakers, researchers, enterprises, project partners and media.

The conference is a two-day event focusing on the SAVE ENERGY project results:
- Increasing energy efficiency in public buildings through ICT
- Living Lab Methodology in the context of SAVE ENERGY
- User behavior transformation / serious games.

It will be the seventh season for WasteTech to become the gathering place for waste & recycling community where visitors can learn about the latest products, equipment and services, network with customers and partners, and learn from industry-leading experts in the content-rich conference program.

THE FIRST EU-RUSSIA INNOVATION FORUM on MAY 25. - 27. 2010 in LAPPEENRANTA
The 1st EU–Russia Innovation Forum will be held on the 25 – 27th of May, 2010 in the City of Lappeenranta. The events will take place at the Lappeenranta City Hall and at the Lappeenranta University of Technology. With the strong support of the Prime Minister of Finland and key innovation policy makers and stakeholders, the Forum will be the first high level innovation event between the EU and Russia.
The EU–Russia Innovation Forum will gather European and Russian policy makers, business leaders, innovation experts and researchers, providing an outstanding opportunity to help build the future of EU–Russia cooperation in the field of innovation.
The Forum is organized by the City of Lappeenranta, the St. Petersburg City Government, Lappeenranta University of Technology (LUT) and the European–Russian InnoPartnership.
Nordic Green II, 27-28th April 2010, Silicon Valley

Pre-announcement: Environmental Measurement Days in Vuokatti, 8-9th April 2010
Measurepolis Development Ltd, Oulu University Measurement and Sensor Laboratory and Green Net Finland are arranging the third Environmental Measurement Days in Vuokatti, 8-9 April 2010. The program will include presentations on the development and utilisation of environmental measurement techniques, instrument presentations, a poster exhibition and an excursion to Talvivaara nickel mine. The event is a good opportunity for networking and enhancing co-operation between companies, research institutes and development organisations. The event is in Finnish.
